RETURNS & DELIVERIES
We will do our best to try and deliver the products to you in accordance with the timescales set out in your dispatch confirmation email.
However, we cannot always guarantee that we will meet these dates due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
We will deliver the order to you to the delivery address you entered during the ‘checkout’ process. If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your order is signed for by someone else as a result, we cannot be responsible for any loss you incur as a result so please ensure that you have entered all your details correctly.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund providing the following conditions have been met:
– You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to advise us of the return.
– The item must be in brand new, original condition with all tags attached.
– The item must be returned within 14 days.
Once it arrives, you will receive an email from us to confirm if you would like to either exchange or refund the item.
Refunds: The original postage charge will not be refunded and return postage will be at the customer’s expense.
Exchange: Items may be exchanged for a different size, or another store product of equal value, stock permitting.
Products prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation Email. Payments will be taken immediately on order. Payment for all products must be made by one of the methods offered during the ‘checkout’ process.
If we have not received your payment within 72 hours your order will be cancelled.
